Her trajectory is defined by high-growth environments. As a founding team member at MK Decisioning, Jacquelyne built the company’s operational and regulatory infrastructure from scratch. She rose to General Counsel and VP of Compliance, ultimately negotiating the company’s $20M acquisition.
At the public-company level, she brought this executive experience to bear by navigating complex M&A due diligence and negotiating licensing agreements securing over $900M in annual recurring revenue. Throughout this rise, her leadership extended beyond contracts to include chairing DE&I programs and serving on company DE&I, pricing, and product committees, proving legal precision is most powerful when paired with a human-centric approach.
